2. Our Services
We provide vendor-neutral radiology applications training, monthly applications support plans, Remote - Live support, and service company (ISO) packages. Specific engagements are governed by the written agreement or quote for that engagement. If a written agreement or quote conflicts with these terms, the written agreement controls.
3. Website Use
- Use the website only for lawful purposes.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the website, scrape it at scale, or access staff areas without authorization.
- Do not submit patient names, medical record numbers, images, or any other patient identifiers (protected health information) through our forms, email, or text messages.
4. Educational Content
Technologist Hub articles, videos, and the podcast are for educational purposes only. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for manufacturer manuals, site policies, or the guidance of a radiologist or medical physicist. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by equipment manufacturers; all trademarks belong to their respective owners.

- What we send: conversational, service-related messages — answering your questions, support ticket updates, training scheduling and reminders, and appointment and remote-session confirmations.
- Sender: our toll-free number 1-833-462-4343 (1-833-IMAGE-ID).
- How you opt in: by providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our website forms, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Frequency and cost: message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation text and no further messages.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in/consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
