Last updated: July 2, 2026

1. Introduction

Imaging Diversified (“we,” “our,” or “us”) may send SMS text messages to customers and partners to provide training reminders, support updates, appointment confirmations, and service-related notifications. This SMS Privacy Policy describes what messaging data we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding text communications.

2. Information We Collect for SMS

When you opt in to receive text messages from us, we collect:

  • Phone number: the mobile number you provide to receive SMS communications.
  • Opt-in preferences: the types of messages you consent to receive (e.g., training reminders, support alerts).
  • Message interaction data: delivery receipts, read confirmations, and any repliesfunctions you send back.

We do not collect or store protected health information (PHI) or patient-identifiable data through SMS channels. Please do not send patient names, medical record numbers, or images via text message.

3. How We Use SMS Data

  • To send training session reminders, scheduling updates, and curriculum notifications.
  • To deliver support ticket updates, engineer dispatch alerts, and service notifications.
  • To confirm appointments, site visits, and remote support sessions.
  • To respond to replies and provide requested information through text channels.

4. Message Frequency and Timing

Message frequency varies based on your engagement and service level. You may receive up to a few messages per week during active training or support engagements. Messages are generally sent during normal business hours, with limited after-hours alerts only for Diamond-tier support customers who have opted in to 24/7 notifications.

5. Opting In and Out

Opt-in: You may opt in to SMS communications by checking the appropriate box on our contact or support forms, or by texting a keyword we provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive texts from us. You may also email info@imagingdiversified.com to request removal.

Help: For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us directly at the email above.

6. Sharing and Disclosure

We share messaging data only as needed to deliver SMS services:

  • With SMS gateway and telecommunications providers that transmit messages on our behalf.
  • With your organization or the customer that engaged us, where relevant to coordinated training or support.
  • When required by law, regulation, or to protect the rights and safety of Imaging Diversified or others.

We do not sell or rent phone numbers or messaging data to third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Data Security and Retention

We apply appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect messaging data, including encryption in transit and access controls. We retain SMS opt-in records and message logs for as long as necessary to provide services, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations.

8. Standard Messaging Disclosures

Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier availability, network coverage, and device settings.
